Advisory services commence exclusively upon personal invitation from the private waiting list. At this juncture, the commitment fee of £1,255,200.00 plus applicable tax is rendered. It establishes the foundational engagement value for services delivered on an hourly basis, ensuring that each commission embodies the requisite strategic depth and comprehensive scope. The commitment fee corresponds to the value of two hundred forty billable hours—equivalent to three months of exclusive, dedicated service at four hours per day—at the prevailing fixed hourly rate. These hours may be drawn upon at the client’s discretion within a twelve‑month period from commencement, ensuring sustained access to my expertise while upholding the highest standards of exclusivity and discretion, and forming the assured foundation of each advisory engagement. These terms are governed by Konsiteo's Exclusivity Policy under which, upon settlement of the commitment fee, the client is granted a twelve-month period of absolute exclusivity, during which no other advisory engagements are accepted and my attention is devoted entirely to the client’s strategic imperatives. The full allocation of two hundred forty billable hours—equivalent to three months of four-hour daily sessions—is held in reserve throughout this private term, available in its totality from the first day of engagement. Should this initial allotment be exhausted prior to the twelve-month anniversary, the client may request additional hours at the prevailing fixed hourly rate, ensuring uninterrupted access to bespoke counsel. At the conclusion of the twelve-month period, any remaining hours from the original allocation expire without carry-forward. Continuation or renewal beyond the term requires the rendering of a new commitment fee under identical conditions, thereby preserving the sanctity, rarity, and unwavering focus that define the pinnacle of my ultra-luxury advisory—in unwavering service to your unique vision. All client‑initiated engagements, immersive experiences, and advisory journeys are conducted with the impeccable logistics befitting peerless ultra luxury. Transient or fragmented engagements are not entertained. Throughout the advisory relationship, professional time is rendered at £5,230.00 plus applicable tax per hour. All such billings contribute towards satisfaction of the commitment fee threshold. This protocol maintains the highest standards of exclusivity and discretion while establishing transparent, enduring client relationships founded upon mutual commitment and excellence. While all fees are denominated in British Pounds, settlement is gracefully rendered via bank transfer in British Pounds, Euros, Swiss Francs, or United States Dollars, or—at your distinguished preference and through the intimacy of an in‑person consultation—exclusively via American Express Centurion® (Black) Card through a secure mobile facility.
